Welcome to The Lemon Life! I created this blog to share healthy living tips, fashion, fitness and more. You may be wondering why my blog is called The Lemon Life. I'll give you a hint, there are a few reasons. I'm a big believer in the whole "when life hands you lemons, make lemonade" adage. I believe we should focus on making the best out of what we are given instead of lamenting that someone has more money, is more well-liked, has better skin, or that you don't look like a Victoria's Secret model. No one is perfect, so let's just focus on being our best selves. Also, lemons have numerous health benefits that can really nourish your body. I eat a whole foods plant-based vegan diet but you don't have to in order to enjoy what The Lemon Life has to offer. You can enjoy the health benefits of simply adding more vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, beans (and other legumes), and whole grains into your diet. Enjoy!
